that a tenant pays annual escalations that comply with the individual lease and

The steps are as follows:
Step 1:
Preliminary Review of Operating Costs – usually performed free of charge, we determine
if a detailed landlord audit is necessary. Included will be a letter summarizing
the audit rights, cost comparison and other relevant analysis.
Step 2:
Detailed Operating Expense Analysis – including a detailed analysis of operating
expense and tax lease provisions, compliance verification against landlord books
and records, physical review of operating procedures to assure prudent building
management practices and abstract lease provisions. A report is issued for every
location reviewed, providing specific comments and analyses.
Step 3:
Recovery Support – RELAI will assist you in the negotiation, arbitration or litigation
with your landlord to obtain recovery. Our involvement in recovery procedings
adds credibility to your claims.
